After working as a singer and later a photographer, I began to raise my two wonderful children. I combined my working-family life with the study of Yang style Tai Chi and Scaravelli-inspired yoga.

Eighteen years ago, while looking for something which would contribute to the health of my family, I discovered Pulsing. With its combination of movement work and nurture through massage, this seemed a perfect fit for me. Inspired, I qualified in Pulsing Massage and I went on to take diplomas in the related disciplines of Indian Head Massage and Reflexology. I later became a Yoga teacher having trained with the Acquaviva Yoga School, I teach yoga to Brighton University students and staff. I also teach at the Tree of Life Centre for Integrated Health In Hove where I run a number of separately  specilaised  Yoga classes: one for people with learning difficulties, another for people with  learning disabilities and another for those with mobility issues and /or medical conditions.

Besides my work and family, I absolutely love: writing and reading poetry, live music and reckless all-weather camping.
